Interstate delivery times depend on distance. Under 500 km typically takes 24 to 48 hours. Long distance moves (1000 km+) usually take 4 to 6 business days. We provide active tracking notifications directly to your phone during transit.

You can reschedule your move free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the moving slot. Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled moving time will attract a 10% token retention charge to cover worker logistics reservation.

We support Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI apps (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and cash. Typically, 10% booking token is paid online, 80% is paid upon packing and loading, and the remaining 10% is cleared after safe delivery at destination.

Absolutely. We strongly advise all clients to personally pack and carry sensitive documents (passports, property deeds), gold ornaments, cash, and high-value laptops. Our crew is legally not permitted to pack or carry high-value liquid cash or loose jewellery for security purposes.
